Register and book your ride by downloading the Callconnect app, from Google Play or the Apple App Store, to identify the best pick and drop off point and track your vehicle in real-time.
You can book up to seven days in advance and a minimum of 30 minutes before you wish to travel. All bookings are subject to availability. Using the app you'll get a fast response to your request.
You can simply cancel the ride on the app. Passengers need to give a minimum of 30 minutes notice of cancelling. Please cancel your booking as soon as possible, to help other passengers have access to the service.

Summer Promotion
Every new passenger will receive a free return journey* when they register for the service! In addition, for those already registered, we are offering a free return journey* for referring a friend – using a referral code, generated through the Callconnect app – who then registers with and completes a journey on any Callconnect service.
* OR two single journeys if a return is not required

How many times can a referral code be used?A rider’s referral code can be used without a limit, so long as it always gets applied to a new accountAny new account is eligible up until the point in which they take 2 trips. At that point, they won’t be able to use a referral code.

Only 1 referral code can be used per account.
The individual using the code gets £4 of credit, eligible for 2 trips. Once they have taken their first trip, the rider who gave their code also gets £4 of credit.
Yes! We are encouraging new riders by giving them 4 free trips if they make use of both campaigns.
There aren’t any notifications built in for when a user successfully uses your code. You can check your Rider Credit in the app, otherwise you’ll find out when reserving/boarding your next trip.
The £4 credit will be applied as soon as it can to your bookings. A 2-person trip will cost £4 therefore it will be used entirely. A 4-person trip will cost £8 total, so £4 of credit will be used, leaving £4 to be paid onboard.
A Rider’s credit is only ever taken at the completion of their trip. So if a rider cancels their trip before actually boarding, then they will still have their credit. The referring rider will also only receive credit once that ride is completed.
We do not have no-show pricing configured, so no-showing a ride will not result in any credit being taken.
The credit will expire at the end of the 2024 calendar year, so be sure to use it sooner rather than later
The system will debit your credit first and foremost, so there won’t be a way to save your credit for a future ride.
As it stands, we haven’t separated scholar journeys to have their payments be any different from non-scholar journeys. That is to say, the system would charge their credit on their school journeys.
All Callconnect single rides are currently capped at £2 (In line with the Government Initiative).

If you have a concessionary bus pass, these are accepted on Callconnect services for free travel.
