You can book up to seven days in advance and a minimum of 30 minutes before you wish to travel. All bookings are subject to availability. Using the app you'll get a fast response to your request.
You can simply cancel the journey on the app. Passengers need to give a minimum of 30 minutes notice of cancelling. Please cancel your booking as soon as possible, to help other passengers have access to the service.
