Emergency Enquiries
If your bus has not arrived within the 10 minute window of your confirmed booking time, call the emergency enquiry line for an update. Please note that due to our busy schedules buses are unable to wait for late passengers.
Cancellations
If you no longer require your journey you must cancel your booking on the app or by telephone as far in advance as possible and with no less than on hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no shows are monitored and we reserve the right to suspend users from the service.
Same Day Bookings
Bookings can be requested on the day you wish to travel with a minimum one hours’ notice, subject to availability.
