CallConnect is an on demand bus service. Since 2001 our buses have been serving hamlets, villages and market towns throughout Lincolnshire and neighbouring counties. We offer passengers the flexibility to connect to their local communities and other transport options.

Simply download the CallConnect App onto your phone or tablet from Google Play or the Apple App Store. It is free and fast to use download.  You can find the links here on lincsbus.info.

Yes, please call our team on 0345 234 3344, who will be happy to help you, and press 0 for the Gainsborough area. 

Up to a maximum of seven days ahead and a minimum of 30 minutes before you travel.

Yes, and you can save a favourite journey in the app.

You will be offered the closest time available as an alternative.

You will receive an email and a SMS Text Message.

Yes, but please book as a `Family booking` so that we are aware that all passengers are from the same household.

Yes, you can track your bus up to 30 minutes before the pick up time. You will also receive updates via SMS text message or through the app. 

If you need to amend you booking, please cancel your trip and rebook.

You can rebook through the app. However, 'No Shows' will be registered on your account and action may be taken if you do not turn up for journeys booked.

You will receive updates through the app; however, if your bus has not arrived within 10 minutes of your pick up time, please call our team on 0345 2343344.

Yes, you can provide feedback on the service and driver via the app. This is a brand new development for CallConnect so we really need to hear from you!
